Terms & Conditions
You are responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer.
You acknowledge and understand that colors may vary slightly in person than from your computer or mobile screen. We are not responsible for this common color variation issue. No guarantee is made that any image as seen online will necessarily match exactly the colors on the final product.
Payment for any order must be made in advance at the time the order is placed. In the event of a stopped payment, disapproved charge or other failure to submit pre-payment, The Art of Alfred A. Dolezal, shall have the right to cancel the order or, if already shipped, to seek payment and hold customer responsible for any and all costs of collection.
Shipping charges from The Art of Alfred A. Dolezal to customer include packaging, handling and insurance. Customer is liable for any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address details given by customer on order. Customers are liable for any shipping cost associated with replacements of damaged artwork/merchandise caused by customer or caused by third party contracted by customer. We do not ship to post office boxes.
Shipments within USA: allow 7 business days.
Delivery time depends on the type of product and destination. Items ordered together may not always ship together. The Art of Alfred A. Dolezal is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of god, war, terrorism, embargo, quarantine, accidents, fire, explosion, flood, severe weather, epidemic, riots, civil disturbance, unavailability of labor or transportation or any other similar or dissimilar cause.
Damages to shipment:
If the package shows sign of damage it is your right to inspect the art before signing for it. Please do not refuse delivery and ensure that the driver notes that the piece was damaged due to delivery. Please keep the original packaging, including the box or crate and contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery to file the claim. Submit in writing a copy of order receipt, the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review.
Returns – Refunds:
A full refund up to 30 days after purchase for originally packaged, undamaged art will be offered on prints and reproductions. Exchanges or store credit will be offered on originally packaged, undamaged art for up to 60 days. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment for the amount of the returned merchandise (not including shipping or service fees). No refunds or exchanges on original oil paintings.

Account Information: to place an order with us you will need to provide your personal information, and may need to create an account on our account page. Opening an account on our website allows you to place orders online, check order status, track orders, save address information, and review your order history.
Payment Information: in order for us to process your order, you may need to submit payment information, such as your name, payment card information and billing details.
Customer Service: contact information and messages you provide when you have questions or issues with our services, or otherwise communicate with us by email, by telephone, in writing or through other means;

Information About Your Use of the Services: when you browse our website, our systems automatically collect information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser language, domain names, referring and exit pages and URLs, platform type, pages viewed and the order of these page views, the amount of time spent on particular pages, and the date and time of your request.
Device Information: if you access the services through a mobile device (e.g., a smart phone or tablet), we may be able to identify the general location of your mobile device, your mobile device’s brand, model, operating system, resolution, screen size, system version, mobile network information, and your mobile device’s advertising ID.

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.
